setting svn:keywords globally

Is there a way to set the svn:keywords property globally for all text
files, new and old? I'm predicting that having to set it on a
file-by-file basis will cause inconsistencies, especially when adding
new files to the system.

PS: I've already searched through the user mailing list, and I believe
that the answer is, "no, not right now." But it's always nice to have a
confirmation.
