svn from remote client doesn't work

Hello All,

This is the error i get when i use the svn commands
with the remote repository.

svn: REPORT request failed on
'/svn/repos/!svn/vcc/default'
svn: The REPORT request returned invalid XML in the
response: XML parse error at line 4: no element found
(/svn/repos/!svn/vcc/default)

The svn commands work fine through the file protocol
but not working with the http protocol. Do anyone know
the reason.

i use svn export http://somename/svn/repos/ganglia
