possible defect? "Out of date" after delete

From: Kai Bartels <kaba_at_picturesafe.de>

Hi *!

I have to admit I didn't search the open issues thoroughly but didn't see
it on first glance. So I don't know, if this is a known issue. I'm using
the 1.0.0 (from the depbian package).

I have a local repository (i.e. checked out with a file://-URL) and there
is noone else using it. I am currently deleting a lot of files from my
project, changing a few to use the remaining classes. Sometimes the commit
failes with a "Out of date" message for a deleted directory. After an
update I can commit OK with the changes I wanted to do (i.e. with the
directories deleted).

greetings, Kai
