It is in the source tarball.

I've been trying for the past couple of days to compile the perl
bindings for Win32. However, I've been getting errors in swigutil_pl.c
relating to the use of "long long." (My apologies for not having
exact errors at the moment.) When (if) I get the bindings to compile,
I will be happy to make them available as a PPM package, but I really
know nothing about SWIG and have very little C knowledge.
