What do I need to do to update the RPMS to reflect "this"?

The Source RPMs have always been available in a sibling directory at
http://summersoft.fay.ar.us/pub/subversion/1.0.0/(distrition)/src
directory.

Or just go to the bin directory and go to ../src directory.
