Are you suggesting that its a problem that some "dolt" might delete their .svn
folder trying to clean up their directories? have you considered that maybe
any _programmer_ who is innept enough to do this might not be a good source
of software in the first place and maybe we should consider this a bit of a
safety. if they cant use it properly, itd probably be dangerous for their
software to get 'finished' and released, anyway.
