change the whole structure of the .svn folder control
instead of just replacing that silly "dot" by a "dash" ?
thats WEIRD... just weird, really.

PLEASE just read that #^$% name for the .svn folder out
of the %APPDATA% config file on windows so all this repeated
begging from .NET developers stops now and forever.
