bad windows/winrar habit: svn conflict files like "foo.r22" marked as "winrar" files.

Hi,

personally i don't mind, but maybe for
less advanced users it could be misleading
that (binary) conflict files get an .r<n>
extension and show up as winrar archives
if winrar is installed (at least for 2 digit revisions
10 to 99 ). choosing a more 'verbose' extension
like 'rev<n>' would avoid such 'DOS-3-letter-conflicts'.

e.g.
foo.bin
foo.bin.r22 -> opts to decompress with winrar
foo.bin.r23 -> opts to decompress with winrar
