proposal for an itelligent merge

Hi, (hope this time it's the right mailing list)
i started to evaluate subversion and plan to use it in a bigger project.
Branching and merging was always a problem with the previous tool and so i
had a closer look to this features in subversion. As a result of my
evaluation i wrote a document which describes merges and contains a wishlist
for an intelligent merge which i'm not able to implement yet. Please give me
your feedback whether the things in the doc are correct and feasible.
