Correction: tigris.org does not provide Subversion hosting, at least
not yet. Projects on tigris.org that use Subversion for revision
control are actually keeping their repositories on svn.collab.net, and
we set those up by hand. (We unfortunately can't promise to do this
for all projects that desire it, it just depends on the case.)
