Can you say more about what you mean by the above?

Also, I thought CollabNet was working on an offering of their
SourceCast product that used Subversion and Scarab (as a next
gen of the CVS+Bugzilla offering, which s just one of the many
combinations of version control tools and tracking tools that
SourceCast can work with)
