This patch is _not _ required if you follow my recipe, which does not use the
in-tree APR files at all. There is already a newer version of apr (in CVS)
which contains similar changes to improve finding the correct BDB version.
However, the existing Apache 2.0.48 tarball will correctly build against BDB
4.2.x and then Subversion will correctly build using axps...
