some problems with the binary distros....

1) svn_load_dirs.pl does not appear to be included in the windows
binary client distributions. (It might not be in other distros
either -- I haven't checked.) Since the book references this as a
critical tool for dealing with vendor branches, it would be nice to
ship it with the distribution. (It might be in the server distro,
but as the users are maintaining vendor branches...)
2) The Red Hat 7.0 distribution dir pointed to off the web page (i.e
   http://summersoft.fay.ar.us/pub/subversion/latest/redhat-7.x/bin/)
does not include db 4.2 -- it includes an older version, and that
might be a problem according to recent postings here. (If anyone
can point me at a db 4.2 RPM for Red Hat 7 so that I can replace it
on my servers before I get any sort of corruption I'd appreciate
   it. :)
