File won't commit

Hi,

I have a file which svn won't accept the changes to. I make the change,
commit it, and all appears fine - the commit appears to work. I delete
the directory and do an update to get it back again, and the file is the
previous one without my changes.

I'm using Subversion 0.37 on Windows XP with Apache 2.0.48. I've tried
committing using both svn on the command line and TortoiseSVN.

The file is a binary file - a CodeWarrior project. I can supply it if
it helps (both before and after).

Might there be something I'm doing wrong? All other commits are working
fine.

Thanks,
