Problem starting apache after installing Subversion

From: Terry Lacy <terry_at_karmashave.org>

I'm attempting to get a Subversion server running on
Fedora. I've followed the INSTALL instructions to the
letter, but when I try to start apache, I get the following
message:

"Syntax error on line 269 of /usr/local/apache2/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /usr/local/apache2/modules/mod_dav_svn.so into server:
/usr/local/apache2/modules/mod_dav_svn.so: undefined symbol:
svn_sort__hash"

I've checked to make sure that mod_dav is loaded before
mod_dav_svn (it is). I've recompiled apache so that it
and subversion both use the latest version of the
Berkeley DB.

I'm stumped. Has anyone seen/solved this problem?

Thanks,
