Actually, this seems to be not entirely the case -- I'm having trouble
with post-commit scripts. In particular, my commit mail script is not
running sgid svn.

Anyone have an idea why this might be? I can't see an obvious reason
this is happening, but I don't really understand how the scripts get
executed...
