Latest Subclipse Build and Library Path?

Hello everyone,

I just tried

Subclipse Pre-Release All-in One Build
subclipse-M6-all-r403.zip
MD5: ed579ec7bab82756210bf4593fd95759

from http://www.loonsoft.com/downloads/

on Eclipe 3.0M6 on Windows XP.

When trying to access my (0.33) SVN server, Subclipse complains about a
missing libdb42.dll. I had to copy this (and the other dll's) over to
c:\windows\system32 in order for Subclipse to work as intended.

Is this expected behaviour? Why doesn't Subclipse search in the
eclipse/plugins/org.tigris.subclipse...-path?
