SVN book: import suggestion

Hello,

to the authors of the svnbook:

- maybe you can warn the user that hidden directories (linux ".*") will
also be imported if present (just made this mistake)

- I found the explanation of import in ch05s04 too brief: after many
readings I wasn't able to predict the result of the operation (had to
restart from scratch a few times.)

Anyway don't get me wrong: the book is great, and svn is a cute tool.
