Will updating from 0.33 to 0.37 affect Subclipse or mod_dav_svn?

Hello everyone,

Currently I am using Subversion 0.33 installed in Apache with mod_dav_svn on
my server. The client uses an interim Subclipse version that works with
Eclipse 3.0M5 and my Subversion 0.33 installation (downloaded from
LoonSoft).

I'd like to upgrade Subversion to 0.37. I know that I need to convert
(export/import) my repository because of the db4.1->4.2 update.

What I don't know:

Will I need to change anything on the client? Do I need to install a new
Subclipse version?

Will I need to update mod_dav_svn (Debian package: libapache2-svn), too?

And one Debian related question:

How am I supposed to read the NEWS.Debian file before updating the package?
Is there any web interface available where I can peek into Debian packages
without installing them? The file contains instructions how to convert my
repository, so I'd like to read it before deciding to upgrade. Maybe
someone could post the instructions here?

Regards,

Andreas
