converting CVSNT repository

Hi all,

as I'm quite keen on considering subversion my main private revision
control system, I tried converting my current CVS one.

Well, the effect is that I get a properly converted repository
structure in reasonable time. No errors get reported.
But to my surprise the files are all trunkated at 0 bytes.

My setup is

- Windows 2000
- Python 2.3
- rcs co.exe from CVSNT distribution
- sort.exe from gnuwin32 distribution
- tested both trunk and r0.37 cvs2svn.py

Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Regards,
Robert
