cvs2svn: Input record exceeds maximum length. Specify larger max imum.

While migrating a repository of roughly 350MB, it starts pass 3 and gives
this message:

Input record exceeds maximum length. Specify larger maximum.

How do I specify a 'larger maximum'? Nothing in the docs seems to describe
this. Tried searching the list archives but couldn't find anything similar.
