SVN::Web how?

I love the functionality that SVN::Web's demo site
displays. But how in
the name of God do you install it?
I ran the Makefile.PL and it told me that

Warning: prerequisite SVN::Core 0.29.0 not found.
Warning: prerequisite Template 0 not found.
Warning: prerequisite Text::Diff 0 not found.
Warning: prerequisite XML::RSS 0 not found.
Warning: prerequisite YAML 0 not found.
Writing Makefile for SVN::Web
SVN::Core 0.29.0 must be manually installed at
Makefile.PL line 27.

Where do I get these prereqs? I'm sure CPAN has some
of them, but come
on....
