Hmm... I just had a chance to run 'svnadmin load' again. 'cat
DUMP_FILE | svnadmin load REPO_PATH' was still hanging there and did
nothing. I must use 'svnadmin load REPO_PATH < DUMP_FILE' to make it
work.
