error message

This is a new one for me. Has anyone seen this before?

Could not open the requested SVN filesystem

</D:error>

This is a new repository using Subversion 0.35.1 on Apache 2.0.48. I can use
the repository locally using the file:// URL, but https:// seems to be
failing. Is there something special I need to do for SSL?
