FAQ Suggestion: svnadmin recover before dump (was "Re: svnadmin dump of repository hangs after a single revision is dumped - Windows 2000")

Should this perhaps be in the FAQ?

Or, better yet, a proposed change: automatically run recover when dumping
the repository. svnadmin dump requires an exlucisve lock IIRC, so there's
nothing preventing this, right?

What does a dev think?
