Thank you so much Jostien, that worked like a charm :) Well I'm guessing
that the mod_dav_svn.so file is trying to load the berkley dll and on
Windows the directories need to be added to the Path or something? Like
if the svn/bin directory is in the path it would work correctly? Or is
there something else causeing this little hiccup?
