Error by commit over Apache2

Hi *,

I have some Problems to get subversion with Apache2 running and donīt
see a way for me to get out without help :-(

I have subversion and Apache2 on a SuSE 9 machine running. I created a
repository and give access without restriction. So everybody can connect
and write. If I work local over http://myserver/myrep/xxx I can commit.
But if I do it from my W2K -station over cygwin or Rapidsvn I have the
strange behavior, that the changed file is added to the repository, but
then I get an internal Apache-Error:
The Output here is if I create a directory xntst in my working copy, add
it with svn and then try to commit

Execute: Commit
Added: xntst
Error while performing action: Commit failed (details follow):
DELETE of /svn/fox/!svn/act/82506a29-09d7-6445-bf63-7d3ec4afeb53: 500
Internal Server Error (http://nsmfv307)
Ready

but the directory xntst is added to my repository. I can see it with the
browser. If I try then an update, I got:

Execute: Update
Error while performing action: Failed to add directory
'D:/svntst2/trunk/sourcen/xxtst/xntst': object of the same name already
exists
Ready

so with rapidsvn I have now to delete the Bookmark and do a fresh Checkout

All files and directories in the repository belongs to wwwrun:www (as
apache2 runs with)
then I have set umask 002 in apache2ctl, now I donīt know what right is
missing to delete this ID

can anybody give me some hints

thanks in advance

Hermann Kienlein
