RE: SCC API provider

SCC stands for Source Code Control (I think). Visual SourceSafe is the
original provider of this. There are now other products that implement the
same API. Many IDEs can use this API to talk to a source code versioning
system. Examples of these IDEs are all the Microsoft IDEs such as Visual
Studio.NET, VB4,5,6, VC4,5,6, as well as other products such as IBM's
VisualAge for Java, Sun's Forte, Macromedia's HomeSite, and Rational Rose.
