Kevin,

I don't know what SCC API is, but since you mention ankhsvn, I guess it is
some kind of plugin API for VS products?

If it would plug into VC6, we (me and my colleagues) would be delighted!
Many use VC6 because they like (and got used to) the editing features, even
though we develop for Linux. It would also make migration from VSS to SVN
easier for windows based projects.
