problem after "svn switch"

From: Christopher Baus <chris_baus_at_yahoo.com>

I just moved the location of my repository after
upgrading the server. After the move I did an svn
switch (which failed quietly because I said file:///
and not file://).

I then made some changes and then svn ci. The svn ci
went to the old repository.

I then did another svn switch correctly, followed by
svn up, but the svn ci doesn't work. svn diff reports
no changes, but when I manually look at the contents
of the repository they are different.

Am I doing something wrong?
