You should be posting to the users@subclipse mailing list, not
subversion's own list. Subclipse is a separate project.

That said, I think I know the answer to your question anyway: Subclipse
ships with a built-in libjavahl.[so|dll], which includes the Subversion
libraries "built in". You don't need to install Subversion at all to
use Subclipse; it's self-contained.
