Hi Kerim,

AFIU the concept of dumps a dump should be the same whether the
deltification is switched on or not and even almost independent of the
svn version you use. But the actual SVN databases are different, though!
That's the advantage of a dump and by that you can load dumps in every
SVN version independent of changes to the database structure.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
