mod_authz_svn.so - documentation?

When I first created my Subversion repository on Windows 2000
and added network access with Apache, I was only using mod_dav_svn.so.
Gross access control was sufficient. Now, I'd actually like finer
access control via mod_authz_svn.

Can someone please tell me where I can find the documentation on
how to configure it (i.e. adding the module to Apache's list of modules
and adding the permission configuration lines)? It doesn't appear
to be documented in the book nor can I find it in the FAQ on the
Subversion website.
