First, I am using Apache 2.0.48.
Second, I'm running on Windows 2000.
I have looked in the apache error log (no obvious errors)
and I've tried to start Apache via the command window (no messages shown there).
When I try to shut it down, it claims that it was never started.
I did find a likely cause of the error, I had libdb40.dll in the Apache modules
directory instead of libdb42.dll; but, after copying that file, Apache still won't start.
