authenticate Subversion 3.51 with a Windows Domain?

I'm trying to authenticate Subversion 3.51 with a Windows Domain. I
found this how-to from TortoiseSVN's documentation.

But I can't get it to work. I googled and found this:

Which didn't help at all. Since I am running the module downloaded from
TortoiseSVN. Has anyone been able to do this (with any method)?
