I gave up on fink after trying about 10 times (about 1 time per month) to
get anything working.

This last weekend I just compiled the Subversion sources in to MAC OS
X 10.2 (also works on 10.3) binaries with the normal MAC OS X development
environment and had absolutely no problems....it just worked. I put
the binaries up on my server at
http://summersoft.fay.ar.us/pub/subversion/bin/macosx URL and have been
having a lot of fun with 0.35.1 on MAC OS X. :-)
