Note that there is another side to the argument, "reply-to considered beneficial", which is equally valid in my opinion. I think it's just one of those things that you have to accept doesn't suit everybody. Lots of people like it the way it is. Those of us without a "reply to list" function in our e-mail client can use "reply to all", and accept that copies are sent to the originators as well as to the list.

Neither way is ideal. Neither way is intolerable.

By the way, please do not start to argue the pros and cons of the two approaches on this list.
