Ok, more information... I guess I need Apache httpd 2.1, which has
mod_dav_lock (supposedly) statically compiled in. However, I can't get
apache2.1 to work at all with the mod_dav_svn.so that comes with the latest
build of subversion. Are there precompiled versions of the svn modules that
will work with Apache 2.1? Or does anyone have any advice on getting
Apache2.1, subversion, and mod_dav_lock to work on win32?

Thanks!

Adam
