Never mind. I found it.

I forgot to copy the libdb42.dll and uninstall/reinstall the apache
service.

All better now.

Subject: Upgraded server to 0.34.0 Win2k, now Apache won't start!

I'm getting "Cannot load C:/Program Files/Apache
Group/Apache2/modules/mod_dav_svn.so into server: The specified module
could not be found" in the Application Event Viewer for Apache.

I uninstalled the old Subversion (0.33.1) then installed the new
(0.34.0) using the latest Win32 installer. I copied over the 4 files
from the new subversion install's /httpd/ to C:/Program Files/Apache
Group/Apache2/modules/. I double-checked, and the modules are indeed
there. I imagine they're just not loading properly. Just for yucks, I
also copied the files from subversion's /iconv/ into Apache2/bin/iconv/
to see if that would help. It didn't.

What part of the README did I miss? I haven't yet been able to find my
mistake.

Can someone help?
