I thought that was part of what I was doing. Let me give two
examples. I hear rumors of a ViewSVN or ViewCVS with
svn faetures. The svn web page external links point to a
ViewCVS, but when I download it and grep the files for
Subversion and svn, I find nothing.
I download and install TortioseSVN. When I try using
it all I see is CVS stuff no SVN stuff. ( I asked the ToritoiseSVN
maillist but for some reason my email has not yer been accepted. )

svn can't but since many are tigris projects, I would think the
developers could. An example of what I am talking about about
is the cvs2svn project. ( Sorry I think you misunderstood. When
I said project, I meant a project that was a tool for SVN. )
