svn.collab.net uprade complete.

svn.collab.net has been upgraded to Berkeley DB 4.2.52 (apparently
Sleepycat has already retired the 4.2.50 tarball) and Subversion
0.34.0. All repositories have been dumped and loaded. The mailer
script seems to work; ViewCVS seems to work. Oh! And
auto-log-removal has been enabled. So, fingers crossed, we carry
on...

(Also, I cored the /clients tree out of the Subversion repository
history -- this was a follow-up to moving RapidSVN and gsvn into their
own repositories a while ago.)
