Finally found the .33 changes list. However, I never installed .33,
but the conf file of .32.1 (a clean install) already offered this option.
Strange, but does not matter. I'll check it again once I install a
newer version of SVN - what may not be this year anymore since
the HDD of my machine is sent in this week under warranty and I
have to do with a disk to small for SVN and repositories. And my
machine is still the one where repos corruption happens less
frequently, so I removed SVN from all others in our small peer2peer
LAN.
