Nope, it is the same with both add/commit & update per file:///
access as just tested. Files committed some days ago got the
timestamp "Dec 6, 2003, 11:00", that is the actual moment of
updating.

BTW I know .32 goes with 20.47, but downgrading rarely works,
and I already had upgraded Apache when I noticed manualization
of the delta thing (my original footnote). If this works with batch files
as Carsten said I may go for .33 or later. However, Monday I have
to downgrade my HDD to an old 2GB disk and this will close any
SVN issue for a couple of weeks (current HDD is sent in for noise
under warranty, so all apps not needed for bare bones operation
are dropped.)
