        This could be a beautiful thing. However, I have created such a
directory and file as "C:\Documents and Settings\RuskP\.subversion\config",
which seems the most logical place (being the same location as ".java",
".javaws", and ".jpi_cache") and it appears to be ignored.

        Please, I hope there is a way to do this under Windoze.

        By the way, I'm running with code compiled from the latest trunk
code (and BDB 4.2.x) last night. So, I'm up-to-date, baby!
