Ditto. I've been a hardcore Windows guy for a long time. So this whole
'make' and 'configure' thing was something new to me. I hay to say that it's
been quite easy, and I regularly build binaries on SuSE 8.2.
Just a precaution, 0.28.0 changed the schema for the repository. Make sure
you do a dump/load (dump with the old 0.27.0 client, load with the new 0.33
client) when you upgrade.
