svnadmin won't create

From: Kevin Breit <mrproper_at_ximian.com>

Hey,
I am trying to create a SVN repository using the stock Fedora Core 1
db and svn RPMs. When I run it, I get:

[root@kbreit web]# svnadmin create svn
svn: Berkeley DB error
svn: Berkeley DB error while creating environment for filesystem svn/db:
Invalid argument

How do I fix this?

Thanks

Kevin Breit
