cvs2svn.pl: 0.50 is totally broken

Hello, ! How are you?

 I'm very sorry, but today's version 0.50 is totally broken by `last
 minute small bugfix, really small, it could not break anything, we
 don't perform full tests, because it is so small...'', you know....

 So, 0.50 will not work on most repositories. Sorry again fro your
 borrowed time.

 0.51 will be released tomorrow with some bugfixes & improvements.
