RE: cvs2svn.pl 0.50 released: first public release

Hi

I tried it on the small sample CVS-repos I sent to the list yesterday
(2nd attachment to issue
http://subversion.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=1540).

It fails in pass 4, reporting
"Pass 4: failed 'Could not add any symbols in tree on pass 3. Symbols
left:
...
' ..."

The listed symbols are either branch tags or tags within those branches.
All in all, there are three branch tags, and only one of the branch tags
is correctly identified (along with the tags on its branch.)

Again, please note that these files are converted from MKS, and then
anonymized by hand. I hope I didn't slip somewhere.
