The separate repository approach is good if your projects have different
administrative needs (e.g. access rights, network encryption, etc.) or
if there's a good reason to keep them completely isolated from each
other. A downside of the single repository method is that if the DB
becomes corrupted, you could potentially lose all projects. Then again,
one should have backups.
