cvs2svn creates empty files (0 byte)

Hello.

We're migrating from CVS to SVN, and we're trying to use the cvs2svn.py
script to do the job. We have downloaded the source distribution (URL
http://svn.collab.net/tarballs/subversion-0.32.1.tar.gz) which contains the
cvs2svn package, and we're launching it with Python 2.3.2 for Windows (we're
doing the conversion on Windows XP SP1).

All seems to work perfectly, but when we checkout the new SVN repository,
all files are empty! The dir structure is correct, with tags and branches,
but no one file contains any data.

I've searched on this mailing list but I've not found any issue about our
problem. Has someone any clue? Is the distribution we're using broken in any
way? Or cannot it be used on Windows?

Thank you.
